Sealio hermetically seals transparent PET cans with an aluminium lid. Up to 1000 cans per hour, operated with a single button, on any countertop. Built for matcha cafés, bubble tea bars, coffee roasters and juice makers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
How the can sealer works
Fill the can with your drink or dessert and place it in the machine. Press start. The machine picks up the aluminium lid, aligns it and seams it airtight onto the can. A few seconds later you take out a sealed can, ready for the fridge, the counter or shipping.
No adjustments are needed in daily use. Switching can sizes takes seconds and no tools: the sealer adjusts from 40 to 170 mm in diameter, so it handles our PET cans of 250, 330 and 500 ml and almost any other can you place in it.
Some call it a can sealer machine, a can seaming machine or a PET can sealer. In Dutch it is a bliksluitmachine. It is the same machine: ours is built for the drinks world, where a transparent can shows off the colour and layers of your product instead of hiding them.

The complete set is €1,195 ex VAT, shipping included. The 400 cans with lids are worth €200 on their own and come with it at no extra cost. At six euros a drink that is roughly 2,400 euros in revenue, so the machine pays for itself before the first box runs out.

The lid decides how your guest opens the drink, and that differs per product. All three openings are aluminium 202 CDL, fit every can size and are included with every box. You pick the opening when you order.
